Hard work in the gym, fun on the golf course, and a thoughtful conversation - all in the perfect location.

That sums up our latest shoot, a collaboration with Marriott International and the 4CAST athlete collective, and starring Ben Stokes, Jason Roy, Matty Potts and JCC.

We spent the day at the magnificent Delta Hotels by Marriott Worsley Park Country Club, making the most of its outstanding facilities to capture some great content.

It all kicked off in the gym, where Ben continued his rehab from hamstring surgery with an intense workout alongside Jason, Matty and JCC.

Then it was off to the driving range and the course for a string of golf challenges, including:

- one-handed golf
- cricket-bat tee shots at the signature ninth hole
- the random club generator
- 'Happy Gilmore' drives (Ben sensibly gave that one a miss)

We finished on the sofas in the Delta Hotels by Marriott bar where Ben, Jason and Matty spoke candidly about mental health, wellness, their dream destinations and how and where they take 'a moment of pause' away from a hectic cricket schedule.

We're so grateful to the 4CAST athletes for their time, and to Marriott Bonvoy for opening up their fantastic facilities to us.
